Submitting property information requests a preliminary review. It does not list the property, create an agency relationship, guarantee an offer, stop any lender or court deadline, or bind either side to a transaction. Only a later written agreement signed by authorized parties can create contractual obligations.
3. Accuracy and authorization
Submitters must provide information they reasonably believe is accurate and must be an owner or authorized to discuss the property. Do not submit information about another person or property without appropriate authority.
4. Offers and transaction structures
Any price, timing, or path discussed before a signed agreement is preliminary unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing. This website does not guarantee price, closing, timing, savings, tax result, lien resolution, probate outcome, or foreclosure relief.

Users may not submit false or unlawful information, probe or disrupt the service, use automated systems to abuse the form, upload malicious content, impersonate another person, or attempt unauthorized access to inquiry data.
