Privacy Notice

Effective July 31, 2026

Plain-English summary

Property details are used to review your request, respond to you, protect the form from abuse, and support a possible transaction if you continue.

1. Information collected

The property review form collects the property address, city, state, ZIP code, property type, occupancy, listing status, condition, desired timing, reason for considering a sale, ownership or authorization information, length of ownership, asking-price expectation, name, email, phone number, submission-consent record, submission date, and page source. Security systems may process limited request data such as an IP-derived one-way rate-limit identifier.

2. Why it is collected

Information is used to evaluate whether the property and requested timeline may fit a potential transaction, respond to the inquiry, prevent abuse, comply with legal obligations, maintain consent records, and improve the intake process using aggregated or de-identified analysis.

3. Sensitive circumstances

Some sellers may voluntarily select circumstances involving inheritance, divorce, financial pressure, liens, tenants, or another life event. Do not submit documents, Social Security numbers, bank information, medical details, passwords, or other highly sensitive data through this form. Choose “Something else” if none of the listed situations is a useful fit.

4. Sharing

Information may be shared with service providers that operate the site, store data, prevent fraud, support communications, or assist with a requested transaction; with title, escrow, closing, legal, funding, inspection, repair, brokerage, or transaction partners when reasonably necessary and disclosed; and when required by law. The final policy will be updated if material sharing practices change.

5. Calls, texts, and email

By submitting the property form, you consent to HouseResolve calling or texting you about that property at the number provided. Consent is not a condition of receiving or accepting an offer. Message and data rates may apply, and you can reply STOP to opt out of applicable texts. A request not to be contacted should be honored promptly. Separate marketing automation requires separate, counsel-approved consent and is not authorized merely by this property form.

6. Retention and security

Information is retained only as long as reasonably needed for the inquiry, consent evidence, legal requirements, and legitimate transaction records. Reasonable administrative and technical measures are used to limit access and reduce risk, but no system can guarantee complete security. Raw form answers are not intended for advertising pixels, session replay, URLs, or public logs.

7. Your choices and rights

Depending on residence and applicable law, a person may have rights to know, access, correct, delete, or limit certain uses of personal information, and to appeal or use an authorized agent. Identity may need to be verified before fulfilling a request.

8. Contact

If you have submitted a property request, privacy questions or requests can be raised during the resulting follow-up. Additional business contact channels will be published as service areas open.
