Plain-English summary

HouseResolve does not sell or publish the personal information you submit. Property details are used to review your request, make decisions about possible selling paths, respond to you, protect the form from abuse, and support a possible transaction if you continue.

1. Information collected

The property review form collects the property address, city, state, ZIP code, property type, occupancy, listing status, condition, desired timing, reason for considering a sale, ownership or authorization information, length of ownership, asking-price expectation, name, email, phone number, submission-consent record, submission date, and page source. The site also records the first page visited in the browser tab, the referring site's hostname, and a broad traffic-source category when available. Query strings, advertising click IDs, and arbitrary campaign names are not retained in that attribution record. Security systems may process limited request data such as an IP-derived one-way rate-limit identifier.

The site uses Google Analytics to understand page visits and completed property inquiries. Analytics may process page and referral information, device and browser information, and online identifiers. Our accepted-inquiry event sends a broad page category, confirmation of submission, and a randomly generated inquiry identifier, without your name, email address, phone number, street address, or form answers.

When Google Maps address suggestions are enabled, text entered in the address-search field is sent to Google to retrieve suggestions. Selecting a suggestion retrieves address details. The ordinary address field remains available when suggestions cannot load.

2. Why it is collected

Information is used to evaluate whether the property and requested timeline may fit a potential transaction, make decisions about possible selling options or transaction fit, respond to the inquiry, prevent abuse, comply with legal obligations, maintain consent records, and improve the intake process using aggregated or de-identified analysis.

3. Sensitive circumstances

You may voluntarily select circumstances involving inheritance, divorce, financial pressure, liens, tenants, or another life event. Do not submit documents, Social Security numbers, bank information, medical details, passwords, or other highly sensitive data through this form. Choose the listed situation that is the closest fit and clarify it during follow-up if needed.

4. Sharing

HouseResolve and Onyx Marketing LLC do not sell or publish personal information submitted through the property review form. Service providers that host the site, store data, prevent abuse, support communications, provide address suggestions, or measure site usage may process information for those functions. If you continue toward a transaction, relevant information may be shared with title, escrow, closing, legal, funding, inspection, repair, brokerage, or transaction partners when reasonably necessary and disclosed. Information may also be disclosed when required by law.

5. Calls, texts, and email

By submitting the property form, you consent to HouseResolve calling or texting you about that property at the number provided. Consent is not a condition of receiving or accepting an offer. Message and data rates may apply, and you can reply STOP to opt out of applicable texts. A request not to be contacted should be honored promptly. Separate marketing automation requires separate, counsel-approved consent and is not authorized merely by this property form.

6. Retention and security

Information is retained only as long as reasonably needed for the inquiry, consent evidence, legal requirements, and legitimate transaction records. Reasonable administrative and technical measures are used to limit access and reduce risk, but no system can guarantee complete security. Raw form answers are not intended for advertising pixels, session replay, URLs, or public logs.

7. Your choices and rights

Depending on residence and applicable law, a person may have rights to know, access, correct, delete, or limit certain uses of personal information, and to appeal or use an authorized agent. Identity may need to be verified before fulfilling a request.

8. Contact

Privacy questions or requests may be sent to roman(at)houseresolve.com. You do not need to submit a property inquiry to make a privacy request. Identity may need to be verified before HouseResolve provides, corrects, or deletes personal information.
